GPS announces today that it has executed a multi-year agreement with an international, publicly traded company.  GPS assumes responsibility for the United States roll-out of the company into the growing solar power market in North America.  GPS Managing Director Jonathan Zich said, “the collaborative move with a solidly capitalized pioneer in the solar power field affirms Glastonbury’s commitment and cutting edge work providing sustainable power solutions in the United States.”  Glastonbury has long been a proponent of eco-industrial parks that synthesize sustainable on-site power generation with “smart” industrial development.  This company’s specific niche is in great demand in the U.S.  It provides the equity necessary for the installation and operation of rooftop solar units and solar parks.  Glastonbury is advising the company on all aspects of its entry into the market, and has agreed to supplement its existing U.S. staff by serving in a key advisory capacity.
