previously served as a Director of Global Real Estate Transactions for a $20 billion Fortune 100 Company where he had international responsibilities managing aspects of an 80,000,000 square foot worldwide portfolio. He led the integration and disposition of real estate in post mergers and acquisition environments; and in the monetization of major production facilities and warehouses located primarily in Europe, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. As Vice President, he led the largest private owner of industrial real estate in the U.S. to market dominance in military base acquisitions and development; having acquired nearly 15 million square feet of privatized federal assets. He previously served in lead roles to a number of communities experiencing military base closures, and was instrumental in founding the National Center for Domestic Preparedness for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He has a B.A. from Hillsdale College, a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and a Global Executive M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He received additional training at Oxford University’s Keble College, the United States Army War College, and the Universidad de Seville, Spain. He is a licensed attorney.

possesses a solid track record successfully acquiring and managing commercial and residential investments, including high profile transactions and signature properties in major U.S. markets. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Northern Group, Inc., responsible for the company’s overall nationwide strategy, operations, and acquisitions. While there he oversaw the management of more than 10 million square feet of commercial and residential properties, and the acquisition of 5 million square feet of high rise office towers in a major central business district. As Managing Director of Lion & Lamm Capital LLC, he led the organization to market dominance as a super regional home builder in the Southeast U.S., having built nearly 2,000 homes annually; and he acquired, developed and managed to 95% occupancy more than 6,000 apartment units in the Southeast U.S. He was a partner in the real estate law firm of Wohl Newman Zich and Entwistle, LLC in New York City. Mr. Zich holds a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from George Washington University. He is a licensed attorney.
